I was given the privilege of photographing the Kirk family and their newest little one Landon. The family drove almost 2 hours for Landon's newborn session so I figured he would sleep the whole way and probably be nice and awake for me. I was right. :) But he was an awesome little guy and didn't fuss much at all and I was able to get him to sleep for just a short while but long enough to get some cute sleepy shots. I personally love the awake portraits equally to the sleepy ones.
The hands up on their chests were not posed.
He loved being by his sisters.
I love the look on his face when he's listening to the familiar sound of his sisters voices.
The hats and bear were from his Grandma :)
He was talking in his sleep.
